What to expect on a service call

Once you book, a licensed technician confirms your arrival window, looks at the appliance at your place, and goes over what they found before ordering any major parts. Qualifying repairs come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. We use OEM parts. The goal is to get the appliance working safely again, not to talk you into a new one you don’t need.
