Downtown, parking near Caltrain and loft garages fill up at commute time, so a parking note really helps. In Friendly Acres it’s usually street parking on busy blocks near 101, and sometimes a tenant and an owner both need to know about the visit. Redwood Shores almost always needs a gate code, visitor parking and an HOA contact. Along Woodside Road toward Emerald Hills, expect steep driveways and long dryer vents.
