How same-day weekday booking works

1. Call early. Call 415-585-5900 on a weekday and tell us what the appliance is doing, the brand and your address or ZIP.
2. Send the model sticker. Text a photo of the model and serial label to (415) 261-2561. It helps the technician bring the right parts.
3. Pick a window. Same-day visits use our normal arrival windows: 8am–12pm or 12pm–5pm. Ask if you need a shorter window.
4. The tech calls or texts on the way. Make sure someone over 18 can let the technician in, and send gate codes or buzzer numbers ahead.
5. Diagnosis first, then the price. After the diagnosis you get the exact price before any work starts. Nothing goes ahead until you say yes.
