How multi-unit appliance calls usually look

On turnovers we find dead fridges, washers that won’t drain after the last tenant, and dryers that failed inspection. In occupied units it’s warm fridges, leaking dishwashers and ranges that won’t light. Shared laundry rooms usually have Speed Queens or other heavy-use machines, and somebody has to unlock the room. Send us the unit address, the brand and model if you know it, a short note on the problem, parking or loading instructions, gate codes, and who on site can open doors or elevators.

Scheduling, hours, and service area

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We work by appointment and don’t have a walk-in counter. Messages left after hours get a reply the next business day. If a property is far out, ask us before you give the tenant a date.

If you have a lot of units with us, send your billing contact and the usual access rules once, and we’ll keep them on file. We tell you what we found on site and only do the repairs you approve.
