Why is my dishwasher making noise?

Labels: cause, Dishwasher, noise, parts, problem | If your dishwasher is getting loud or making a weird noise, you should check the heater fan, motor, water-inlet valve, and pump. Why it’s not okay to have a second refrigerator

Maybe this scene sounds familiar: It’s Thanksgiving, you’re sitting and watching the football game, and you want a beer. So what do you do? If you’re like many Americans, you won’t go over to the kitchen fridge, which is now crammed with leftovers. Rather, you’ll trek down to the basement or out to the garage […]

Appliance repair worth the cost?

When a small appliance breaks down, it’s usually a no-brainer to throw it out. Sure, some consumers may have the inclination-and the skill-set-to recalibrate the thermostat of a fritzing toaster, but most of us wouldn’t think twice about replacing it for a mere $20. The same, of course, can’t be said for a conked-out oven […]

Microwave oven baffled astronomers for decades

Why Your Home Appliances Need Regular Maintenance

TESTIMONIAL

Posting amended review based on my follow up conversation with Gene, the manager. He was kind and very interested in ensuring my experience was understood as an opportunity for improvement. I am confident now, from my discussion with Gene, the experience I had was an anomaly and limited to the individual I interacted with whom may be subject to performance discussions. If I have an issue, I will reconsider and give Bay Appliance an opportunity solely predicted on Gene, the business manager and his handling of my issue.

Our experience with Bay Appliance was great from start to finish. Kashawndra contacted me shortly after I reached out for help and we were able to setup an appointment in a couple of days since this wasn't an emergency repair. The technician Jon showed up on time and diagnosed the problem fairly quickly. I decided not to do the repair because the wine cooler was around 10 years old and probably not worth fixing but Jon was up front with me about the possibilities. I will definitely use Bay for my next appliance repair.

Just had a great experience with bay appliance repair. Alex E came to fix my fridge and was in and done in minutes. He was on time and went the extra mile to see the project through. He was there to fix a fridge drawer and when done I asked him to tighten the handle. He said it couldn't be done because of an internal part but decided to take the handle off anyway to see if there was something he could do. He found that something he wasn't expecting was causing the loose door handle and fixed it. Thanks bay appliance repair.
